Air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment is designed and built to perform at peak efficiency under a narrow set of operating parameters. When equipment is installed as part of a system, in a manner that forces operation outside of design specifications, performance and efficiency suffer.
Adjusting airflow, combustion, pressures, and energy consumption to comply with manufacturer’s specifications will obviously increase performance and increase system efficiency.

Established in 1971, NEBB is the premier international certification association for professionals in the Test and Balance field. NEBB establishes and maintains industry standards, procedures and specifications for work in its various disciplines. Each discipline is anchored by a NEBB Procedural Standard that provides guidelines for work to be performed and NEBB certification examinations that validate the individual’s knowledge.

Terry has 35+ years experience in the Testing and Balancing field and is the original owner of RGO Inc. Setting the highest standards for Test and Balance for the state of Montana, Terry has secured accounts with numerous Hospitals, State Facilities and Privately Owned Businesses state and region wide. Terry has always stressed communication, efficiency and budget management with each project. A wealth of knowledge and an abundance of industry experience make Terry the Chief Account Advisor for RGO Inc.

A Journeyman Plumber by trade, Shaun apprenticed under Terry in the Testing and Balancing field where he became a NEBB Certified Technician and as of 2016 a NEBB Certified Professional for the firm. His "Type A" personality and "go getter" attitude are a great combination for getting things done right the first time!
