RGO, Inc has been a NEBB Certified Firm since 1987. NEBB is the premier international certification association for professionals in the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing field. NEBB establishes and maintains high industry standards, procedures and specifications for work in its various disciplines. Each discipline is anchored by a NEBB Procedural Standard that provides guidelines for work to be performed and NEBB certification examinations that validate the individual’s knowledge.

Terry O'Neill
Chief Business Advisor, Former President
Terry has 35+ years experience in the Testing and Balancing field and is the original owner of RGO Inc. Setting the highest standards for Test and Balance for the state of Montana, Terry has secured accounts with numerous Hospitals, State Facilities and Privately Owned Businesses state and region wide. Terry has always stressed communication, efficiency and budget management with each project. A wealth of knowledge and an abundance of industry experience make Terry the Chief Account Advisor for RGO Inc.
Shaun Carnahan
president
A Journeyman Plumber by trade, Shaun apprenticed under Terry in the Testing and Balancing field where he became a NEBB Certified Technician and in 2016 became the NEBB Certified Professional for the firm. His "Type A" personality and "go getter" attitude are a great combination for getting things done right the first time! In 2020 Shaun became the owner of RGO, Inc.
Jack Duncan

A Gallatin Valley native with a strong mathematics background, Jack excels at developing programs and strategies that have delivered phenomenal results. Jacks ability to manage difficult projects is 2nd to none. No matter the complexity of the systems he is faced with, Jack always finds a way to successfully complete the task at hand. Jack has been a Certified NEBB TAB Technician since 2019.
Blake Lloyd
Technician
Blake is a Montana native who grew up around the refrigeration and appliance side of the world. His family has owned an appliance repair company since the late 80’s. After High School Blake spent 2 years at Gallatin College and gained his Associate of Applied Science degree to work as a HVAC-R. Blake is a huge asset to RGO, Inc., with his attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to every scenario we throw at him. Blake is slated to take his Certified NEBB TAB Technicians Test in early 2027.
